Listing Launchpad is operated by Automatica Integrations Ltd, company number 17245706, registered at 233A Bramhall Lane, Stockport, SK2 6JD, United Kingdom ("we", "us"). These terms apply to listinglaunchpad.io and to subscriptions purchased through the Listing Launchpad application.

Business customers

The service is supplied for business use by estate agencies and related property businesses. By subscribing, you confirm that you are authorised to act for the business named during setup.

Subscription and payment

The price, included seats and any extra-seat charges are shown before payment in Stripe Checkout. Subscriptions are billed monthly in advance and renew automatically until cancelled. Stripe processes payments and provides invoices and billing management. Taxes are handled as stated at checkout and on the invoice.

Cancellation

You may cancel through the customer billing portal. Cancellation takes effect at the end of the current paid billing period and access continues until then. Fees already paid are not refundable except where required by law or expressly agreed by us.

How the service works

Listing Launchpad turns authorised WhatsApp messages, notes and media into property-marketing drafts and can publish approved content to connected social accounts. You remain responsible for checking accuracy, having permission to use uploaded material, and approving content before publication.

Your responsibilities

• Keep authorised sender, branch and social-account details accurate.
• Do not upload unlawful, misleading, confidential or infringing content.
• Protect access links and tell us promptly if access may be compromised.
• Use the service in accordance with WhatsApp, Meta and other connected-provider rules.

Third-party services

The service depends on providers including WhatsApp, Meta, Stripe, hosting, database, AI and social-publishing services. Their availability and policies can affect features. We will take reasonable care in operating the service but cannot guarantee uninterrupted availability of third-party systems.

Intellectual property

You retain ownership of material you provide. You permit us and our processors to use it only as needed to operate, secure and support the service. We own the Listing Launchpad software, branding and service design.

Availability and changes

We may improve or change the service and may suspend access for maintenance, security, misuse or non-payment. We will avoid materially reducing a paid service without reasonable notice where practicable.

Liability

Nothing in these terms excludes liability that cannot legally be excluded, including liability for fraud or death or personal injury caused by negligence. Subject to that, we are not responsible for indirect or consequential business losses, loss of anticipated profit, or failures caused by systems outside our reasonable control.

Ending access

We may end access for serious or repeated breach, unlawful use, security risk or unpaid charges. Provisions intended to survive termination, including payment, intellectual-property and liability provisions, remain effective.

Law and contact
