Information we handle

• Business and contact information supplied during checkout, activation and support.
• Authorised WhatsApp sender numbers and messages, voice notes, images and property details submitted to create content.
• Branch configuration, connected social-account references, approvals and publishing records.
• Subscription, invoice and payment-status information received from Stripe. We do not receive full card details.
• Security, diagnostic and service-usage logs needed to operate and protect the service.

Why we use it

We process data to provide and administer the service, perform our contract, respond to requests, secure and troubleshoot the platform, keep billing records, meet legal obligations and improve reliability. Where appropriate, these purposes rely on contract, legal obligation and our legitimate interests in operating a secure business service.

Service providers

We use carefully selected providers for payments, hosting, databases, WhatsApp and social connectivity, content generation, image processing and operational support. These currently include Stripe, Vercel, Supabase, Meta/WhatsApp, SocialAPI, OpenAI and Google services.
